At Corgi Model Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
